If a match or tournament is postponed, cancelled or otherwise does not take place as scheduled, bets placed under event-specific promotions may be voided in accordance with the general betting rules. All bets placed on 33pkr are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference. 33pkr reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion — this includes unusually large single bets, bets that would create unacceptable risk exposure, or bets placed by accounts under review. If a bet is refused, the stake PKR is returned to your balance immediately.
In the event of an obvious pricing error — such as incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault or data feed error — 33pkr reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet was placed and appeared to be confirmed before the error was identified. 33pkr will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.
Live in-play betting is subject to slight delays between real-world events and the odds displayed on the platform. 33pkr reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time — for example, during a wicket in cricket or a penalty in football — and to void bets placed after a key event has occurred but before the market was suspended, where the bet clearly benefited from knowledge of that event.
All casino games and live casino tables on 33pkr are operated using certified random number generation or physical dealing by live dealers. Game outcomes are not manipulated. However, all casino games carry a house edge as part of their design — 33pkr does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit.
